At Preferred Fertility Concierge, we provide professional and private injection services in the comfort of your home. We service Atlanta, GA, and the surrounding cities.
We are experienced nurses who truly understand firsthand the needs of individuals undergoing infertility treatment and egg freezing and are dedicated to providing the best quality fertility resources, expertise, and support that meets your individual needs.
WHAT WE DO
We help relieve the anxiety and stress of your treatment plan by administering your fertility shots or training you to do it yourself.
We specialize in administering injections and providing support for fertility treatment that is required for egg retrieval and embryo transfer. This may include trigger shots and any other injections needed during fertility treatment or egg-freezing.

Fill out our Client Intake Questionnaire
On Page 1, you will fill out a client
intake questionnaire to gather all the
information we need to book your
appointments.
Sign Your Client
Consent Form
On page 2, fill out and sign client consent form. This will cover all forms we need from you in order to provide our services safely!
Upload your protocol/med calendar & medication list
After uploading your protocol/medication calendar and medication order, you'll be directed to your invoice.
Choose your service(s) on the next page
We've included instructions on how to choose the proper service. Once selected, it will auto-populate on your invoice.
We'll schedule all of your appointments
Once we receive your protocol/medication calendar, and paid invoice all of your appointments can be scheduled.
Pay Your Invoice
We accept credit card or Bank Transfer and require payment before you book your appointments.
