Complete IVF Cycle-Daily visits with Trigger shot

• This includes up to ten (10) injection visits and your trigger shot visit. The nurse will mix and administer all injections required during the visit. You will also have access to a nurse by phone/or text throughout this period for any questions or guidance regarding the process.


Any visits beyond ten (10) visits will require additional fees.


If your trigger shot is after 11 p.m. an additional $200 fee will be required. You have the option for the nurse to prep the trigger for self-administer.


You may require up to 14 days of injections.

Injection Training for IM Progesterone

This in-person visit will provide instructions on self-administering intramuscular Progesterone. It will include the administration of the medication during the visit.

This is a one-on-one session with a nurse to review your medications and instruct you on how to safely mix and administer injections to yourself.

Virtual Injection Training-Progesterone or One medication

This visit is conducted via interactive video to instruct on a single medication to be administered subcutaneously or intramuscularly.

Virtual Injection training- Multiple medications

This visit is conducted virtually via interactive video to provide instruction on all injectable medications required for fertility treatment or egg freezing.

Intramuscular Progesterone Injection

This is an intramuscular injection of progesterone oil that is used as support for early pregnancy. These injections may be required until 12 weeks of pregnancy

Single Injection visit for IVF/Egg Freezing

Mixing and administration of injectable medications. These injections occur before egg retrieval lasting about 9-14 days. You can only schedule up to five (5) consecutive days. If you want more than 5 days, please select the complete cycle daily visits option above.

This is the request for a visit on a holiday or with less than 48 hours’ notice.

Dual Trigger Injection (AFTER 10:00pm)

These are two separate time-specific injections delivered one hour apart, typically after the completion of egg stimulation injections, in preparation for egg retrieval.

If your medication order includes HCG, Novarel, Pregnyl, Ovidrel, AND Lupron, this is the service you need.

Dual Trigger Injection (BEFORE 10:00pm)

These are two separate time-specific injections delivered one hour apart, typically after the completion of egg stimulation injections in preparation for egg retrieval.

This is a single trigger shot injection to be administered at a specific time set by your doctor after 10:00pm.
